Cottage A, Sleep 4, Pet Friendly, Englewood Beach Access

Very cute cottage in a peaceful quiet setting steps from the beach or restaurants in the heart of Englewood Beach. We reached out to the host with a few questions, and when we didn't receive a reply through the vrbo app we contacted the maintenance person, Manny who was so helpful. Manny is responsive, kind and went the extra mile when we forgot something after checkout. The only thing we learned is that the washer/dryer is not available to the Cottage users - it's only for people in the "big house" at the end of the driveway. We felt weird accessing the kayaks behind the "big house". We learned there was a kayak and a SUP available for our use. Manny told us how to access them and the bay behind the "big house", then we enjoyed an excursion on the kayak and paddleboard that are available to cottage renters. Overall a very nice experience.

Positive: Great landscaping and location. Close to the beach. Negative: No pool or hot tub. Overall a great place and atmosphere.

This house exceeded my expectations! It was great for our family weekend we had 18 people and were able to rent a villa on the property too which was perfect! We brought our boat and fished at Stump Pass in the evenings! Walk to the beach in 5 minutes. The views from the rooms are excellent! I’m just sad it went so fast!

The grounds are immaculate and beautiful! The only con was the bedroom is pretty tight. But we wild definitely stay again.

Wonderful stay in the Cottage on Lemon Bay. Absolutely loved the location. The view of the bay from the dock was great. It was very nice to have access to paddle boards and kayaks and communal areas. We loved using all three. Cottage is very convenient to the bay, beach and local restaurants. The property is very well-maintained and not only was the cottage exceptionally clean, so was the entirety of the property. We especially enjoyed the woodsy property and getting to see the tortoises feed every morning! Very quiet and peaceful setting.The property's host was very responsive to all messages before and during our stay. Would definitely stay again!!
